Sponsor a Family’s Holiday Wish List - 2025

This holiday season, you can brighten the lives of local fire or other disaster-impacted families by sponsoring their personalized Amazon Wish Lists. Items purchased online will be delivered to UDRNC, where our volunteers will lovingly wrap each gift for the family to receive at our Holiday Event. Prefer to shop local? You’re welcome to use the lists for ideas and purchase items from nearby stores instead. If you’re interested in sponsoring a family, please complete the Sponsor Application, indicate the family number you wish to support, and email or drop off the application to UDRNC at 650 Babcock Lane, Ukiah. Here are the full Sponsor Guidelines for 2025. (Lists will be active November 1.)

If you’re unable to sponsor a specific family’s wish list but would still like to spread holiday cheer, you can contribute to our Holiday Campaign. Your donation will help us purchase gifts, wrapping supplies, and essential items for families who have lost so much. Every contribution—big or small—helps bring warmth, hope, and joy to disaster survivors during the holiday season. Together, we can make sure no family is forgotten.

Sponsor Family's Wish List

Family No. 1

This family lost their home in a devastating house fire in 2025. Their household includes a senior mother and her adult daughter with special needs. The fire engulfed their home in just seven minutes, leaving them with no belongings, cookware, bedding, or animals. Their wish list includes basic necessities and a few essential items to bring comfort and joy this holiday season. By sponsoring this family, you’ll help restore hope, stability, and a little holiday cheer during a very difficult time.

Family No. 2

This family lost their home in a multi-structure fire in Ukiah in 2025. After months of searching and feeling discouraged, this mother, father, and their 2-year-old daughter finally found a new apartment in October. As they begin rebuilding, they are in need of basic household items to make their space feel like home, along with a few gifts to bring joy to their little one this holiday season. Your sponsorship can help restore comfort, stability, and hope as they start fresh.
