Businesses, families, and individuals can bring joy to a fire survivor by adopting their holiday wish list. Many of our clients lost everything and rely on these gifts to make their holiday special—often the only presents under their trees. Since 2017, United Disaster Relief of Northern California, has supported fire and other disaster-impacted families by collecting donations and purchasing gifts.

We offer an evening of warmth, food, and community each year, complete with family photos with Santa. We’ll be continuing this tradition again this year!

Ways to Contribute:

• Donate online or in Person for UDRNC to purchase gifts for a family, with an option to donate anonymously and receive a Tax ID receipt.

• Adopt a family directly by picking up an application at UDRNC's office or emailing us at Sponsorship@UDRNC.org. You can then purchase and wrap gifts for your selected family.

Since 2017, Stand for Kindness has partnered with United Disaster Relief of Northern California to make this possible, supporting fire-impacted families by collecting donations and purchasing gifts.

Read about SFK efforts after the 2018 Camp Fire, when their team provided over 400 families with "gifts of hope." We offer an evening of warmth, food, and community each year, complete with family photos with Santa. We’ll be continuing this tradition again this year!

Studio C Salon in Ukiah has partnered with UDRNC to raise funds for the community of Lahaina, Maui, HI that was recently impacted by the deadliest wildfire in US History in the last 100 years.

On August 27, 2023 from 10am-7pm: “Let’s hep the ones in need! Come by the salon and get a ‘oki lauoho(haircut) or shampoo a me ka puhi ‘ana(shampoo & blowout). Or just stop by & donate. One day only! No appointment needed. both services for donations. Any amount helps. Minimum $20. $25-$45 value normally. 100% of proceeds will go to UDRNC Maui Fund. All proceeds collected at the event via check or cash will be transferred to UDRNC’s account (fiscally sponsored by North Coast Opportunities), coded Maui Fund. Then, transferred to a specially picked out grass root boots on the ground non-profit organization working directly with impacted fire survivors in Maui, HI. All funds raised will be announced via Studio C Salon and on UDRNC’s social media platform. All donations are tax deductible upon request at UDRNC.

When inputting your information online, please write “Maui Fund” after your last name, as there is no set option to click different disasters at this time. This is the only way we will know your donations is specifically for this fund, unless you call us.

On Saturday, May 20th, 2023, we will be hosting our 1st Annual Benefit Dinner/Fundraiser Event. There will be Dinner (catered by Ellery Clark Catering), Live Music (by Wendy DeWitt and group) and a BIG Silent Auction at the Ukiah Valley Conference Center from 5pm-8pm.

We anticipate approximately 100 guests at this function and the funds raised will go towards assisting people and communities impacted by man-made and natural disasters immediate and long-term.

To make this event as exciting and extravagant as we hope we will need your help! Please consider supporting our event by purchasing a ticket to the event, donating a silent auction item or becoming one of our sponsors.

For those purchasing a table, in exchange you will receive some excellent community exposure and advertising. Your name/company name will be listed on our website, along with the event agenda/brochure and all social media platforms. You will receive priority seating and dinner lineup and two bottles of wine.
