Resources
Our dedicated volunteers are committed to identifying all available resources to support our clients at various stages of their recovery journey. We establish connections with both local and national organizations to keep our clients informed about accessible grants, funds, gift cards, and other forms of relief assistance. We believe that our clients should prioritize self-care, so we provide amenities such as free water and snacks, access to a massage chair room, a laundry facility, and office space equipped with free internet. We maintain continuous communication with our clients throughout their recovery process to ensure they are informed about new resources and grant deadlines.

Advocacy & Case Management
At UDRNC, we recognize that to-do lists can often become overwhelming. We firmly believe that our clients deserve help in navigating obstacles and overcoming roadblocks on their path to recovery. Our services encompass letter writing, FEMA appeals, grant applications, rental applications, managing email correspondence, making telephone calls, and various other forms of assistance. We collaborate with our clients to establish a tailored Recovery Plan, assisting them in achieving their long-term goals.

Disaster Relief Supplies
At UDRNC, we offer an array of complimentary material goods, ranging from clothing and shoes to hygiene products, household items, appliances, linens, and furniture. Additionally, we've established partnerships with local food banks to ensure a supply of fresh and canned food. These items come to our center through generous donations from community members, local and national non-profit organizations, and businesses. During times of active disaster, we also receive semi-deliveries from other states. Our primary goal is to make these items available to our clients, allowing them to conserve their financial resources for the purposes of rebuilding, relocating, remodeling, renting, and ultimately, achieving a successful recovery.
